I am one of the art directors for Elestrals Tcg. I met Castiel over 2 years ago when I noticed his Fakemon character design concepts. They were different than most concepts I had seen, I really felt he had a thorough and thought out concept as he approached his designs. I urged Castiel to apply for an artist job in Elestrals to which he became a successful candidate and hired on to make art for the company. His strength lies in taking an idea and fleshing it out and coming up with concepts and characters. If given a task I know he will come up with something, and deliver fresh ideas. Cas also handles criticism very well and will make the effort to enhance his designs to cater the specified needs and requests.

Cas has excellent rapport with his fellow artist. He shows a sincere interest in them as individuals and is consistently giving supportive feedback. Cas continually searches for ways to support his colleagues and learn from their artistic styles. It is clear he has a deep passion for his work and wants everyone involved to succeed. Cas demonstrated great flexibility and collaboration. He jumped at new opportunities with enthusiasm and vigor. He is open and receptive to many forms of feedback. Though he was new to Elestrals, he worked hard to ingratiate himself and be a positive team member with Elestrals.

After collaborating with Cas on many projects over many years I can say that he is one of the most talented, and creative artists I have ever had the pleasure of working with.
